Yeah my Chime account showed a withdrawal out of my account from this merchant. Still pending but the last couple of weeks with Chime has been HELL! Or a slight version of it. The only answer I have gotten from them is “ The problem is not on our end sir. It has to be on Apples and Capitol One’s end. Or sir your home IP address has been comprised.” None of which was true. Needless to say after 4 calls with different people that was not going to understand my “country “ accent. I got lucky and a nice lady that understood and shared my “American “ accent found my problem with Chime and capital one on their end and fixed the problem and I finally got my new cards and the 2nd day with them this appears. I have a Walmart plus and Sam’s Club membership. Should I cancel both or have them do something with my account this is the first time this is happened with the bank or a merchant so I don’t really know where to go from here.????

I understand you’re experiencing issues with Chime and a recent unauthorized withdrawal. Contact Walmart Plus and Sam’s Club to report the withdrawal and inquire about their fraud protection policies. Consider canceling your memberships if you’re not satisfied with their responses. Monitor your Chime account closely and report any suspicious activity. Change your Chime password and enable two-factor authentication for added security.
